 Can I cancel my order?

Bronze Me Baby aims to ship all orders within 2 business days from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order.

Can I return my order and exchange or refund it?

Bronze Me Baby does not accept refunds or exchanges unless you have received an item that is faulty. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Postage/Shipping:

Bronze Me Baby aims to pack and ship products within 2 business days. We recommend waiting up to 7 working days for your order in case there are any delays with the courier.

Can I collect my item?
Yes, you can collect your item from our Salon in Valencia.
